Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Big Bud Press items, but if the fit isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items marked as final sale or purchased during sample sales are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or color.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
